| Abstract |
This model was developed and manufactured for demonstration and properties research of exhaust press drawing mechanism. The main peculiarity of the mechanism is decreased initial drawing speed as it is described on the additional cycle diagram. The process realized using multibar (6-bar) linkage with special set of coupler curve properties.
Model is equipped with kinematical sensory system that contains the slider position sensor, angular crank position sensor and accelerometer (built-in with slider). The Arduino-based control device performs pre-filtering, initial data treatment and transfer to USB interface. So, such equipped model can be connected to the computer with special software to calculate slider positioning function, local speed and acceleration. Images of the sensors are placed in reference order.
