Holborn, Ludwig (1860 - 1926)

Since 1914 Holborn has been director for heat and pressure at the German Physical-Technical Reichs Institute. Particularly his measurements of temperatur and compressibility has been important, he formulated the implementing regulations to the law of the temperature scale and the unit of temperatur. Besides he constructed the filament pyrometer.
